Product and grade or specification, quantity, destination port or country, packaging preference and any certifications you need. A target price is optional but helps us quote accurately. The inquiry form covers all of this.

We quote FOB, CFR or CIF depending on what suits you. Payment terms such as advance T/T or an irrevocable letter of credit can be discussed, and the agreed terms are written into the proforma invoice. See our guide to choosing an Incoterm.

Standard packaging is listed on each product page. Custom packaging and labelling can be discussed for your order.

Every order goes through supplier vetting, pre-production quality alignment, and inspection at the factory and the warehouse before dispatch. Where applicable, a certificate of analysis (CoA) is issued per batch. Our services page walks through each step.

Typically the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and, where required, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and lab reports. Organic and destination-specific documents are added as needed. Our certifications page explains each one, and our documents checklist gives the overview.

We prepare each shipment to the rules of the destination: for example EU MRL limits and RASFF-aware documentation, UK import documentation, FDA requirements for the USA, and food import rules for the UAE. Tell us the destination and we will confirm what applies.

Yes, for the EU. Ethylene oxide is not permitted for food there, so EU-bound lots must be free of residues. Tell us your destination and we will align sourcing and testing to it. See our guide to EU import checks.

We are a merchant exporter. We source from vetted Indian suppliers and processors, inspect the goods, prepare documentation and manage shipping, so you deal with one partner from inquiry to delivery.

Typically Mundra or Nhava Sheva (JNPT), and other Indian ports where the origin or destination makes that sensible. The loading port is confirmed in your quotation.

It depends on the product, quantity and destination. Full container loads are usually the most economical for volume. Tell us your quantity and we will advise on the best option.

Lead time depends on the product, the season, inspection and documentation, plus transit time on your route. We state the expected shipment schedule in the proforma invoice.

The shipment does not leave until every document is in order. We check documents against the physical shipment before the shipping bill is filed.
